At the time of Check-in, Every individual Guest Staying in Kovilakam Residency (P) Ltd is required to
present a valid Photo ID card issued by Government which mentioning the residential address.
Foreign Nationals to keep valid passport with valid visa.
The Guests are requested to carry the copy of reservation, if any, at the time of arrival if booking is
made through travel agents, company etc;
Advance payment of Room rent is required for confirmation of booking
There is restriction to enter visitors in guest room, due to guests safety and security.
The visitors have to
produce their ID at the front desk for permission to enter in guest's room. Visiting time is not allowed
more than 30 minutes per guest at a time not more than one guest. Otherwise, visitors are permitted to
sit in the lobby, if more than one visitor at a time. Guests are not allowed beyond 9 pm.
Outside alcohol, beverage, eatables are not allowed in the hotel.
Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damages of guest valuables. Locker facility is available in
Front office, if necessary.
The existing room tariff includes breakfast. Breakfast served from 07 am to 11 am, lunch from 12 noon to
3 pm and dinner 8 pm to 10.30 pm.
Taxes will be levied on the services provided by the property. All taxes
are subject to change as per the Government regulation from time to time.
Child below 10 years of age can share the same bed with parents. Breakfast chargeable (Half price of the
cost). If extra bed is required below 10 years it will be chargeable. Extra bed is mandatory for child
above the age of ten years and adults. Extra bed means foldable cot & mattresses which includes
complimentary breakfast.
For weddings and other big functions, 80% of the approximate total bill amount is to be paid 30 days in
advance either at the time of booking in order to confirm the booking.
Conference equipment is
provided as per actual costs, on prior notice/request.

If any damage is done to the Hotel property by guests during their stay it will be sole accountability of
the guest and made good by Kovilakam Residency (P) Ltd, will levy any damages as deem fit.
Cancellation policy will varying according to accommodation type and offers.
All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted.
Unmarried couples and local ID's are not allowed
Venders are not allowed.
