At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in Kovilakam Residency Private Limited is required to present a valid government photo identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required. Also the guests are requested to carry the copy of the reservation letter, travel voucher if any at the time of arrival. Age of eligibility for checking in is 18 yrs. Unmarried couple and local ID not allowed.
Total room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the bookings.
Outside alcohol and eatables, beverages are not allowed in the hotel.
Locker available in the front office. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Kovilakam Residency Private Limited levy damage charges as deemed fit.
No charge for child below 5 years. Breakfast buffet-half price for Children above 5 to10, 11 years and above will be charged adult price. Child up to the age of 10 years can share the same bed with parents and an extra bed is mandatory for child of above the age of 10 years, adult charges are applicable. If an extra bed is placed for a child between 6 to 10, charges are Rs. 900 + taxes. For child above 10 years and for adults an extra bed is placed on request separately, it is chargeable @ Rs. 900 + taxes (GST will be applicable as per the rate of the room). The extra bed (foldable cot and mattresses cost will be inclusive of breakfast. Breakfast is included in the room rent.
Breakfast is served from 7 to 11a.m., lunch from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. and dinner from 8 to 10.30p.m.
For weddings & other large functions, 80% of the approximate total billing is to be paid 30 days in advance in order to confirm the booking.
Conference equipment is provided as per actual costs, on prior notice.

All prices mentioned regarding rooms, meals, services and other facilities are exclusive of taxes. CGST and SGST rates as per the GST Act and GST Rules & Regulations will be levied on the corresponding services availed at the properties. All taxes are subject to change as per the Government regulations from time to time.
