At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in Kovilakam Residency Private Limited is required to present a valid government photo identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required. Also the guests are requested to carry the copy of the reservation letter, travel voucher if any at the time of arrival. Age of eligibility for checking in is 18 yrs. Unmarried couple and local ID not allowed.
Total room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the bookings.
Outside alcohol and eatables, beverages are not allowed in the hotel.
Locker available in the front office. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Kovilakam Residency Private Limited levy damage charges as deemed fit.
Maximum guest accommodation in a double room is three, including one additional guest for an additional payment with an extra bed. No charge for children below 5 years. Breakfast buffet is half price for children aged 5 to 11; children aged 12 years and above will be charged the adult price. Children up to the age of 11 years can share the same bed. Children aged 12 and above will be charged the adult price, and an extra bed is mandatory for children over the age of 11, with adult charges applicable. If an extra bed is placed for a child aged 5 to 11, the charge is Rs. 1025.00 + 5% GST. For a child above 11 years and for adults, an extra bed, upon request, is chargeable at Rs. 1025.00 + 5% GST. An extra bed is a foldable cot, and the mattress cost is inclusive of breakfast.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00 a.m., included in the room rent; for MAP guests, breakfast and either lunch from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. or dinner from 08:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. are provided at our restaurant. Any food served in the guest room upon request will be under room service, and charges are applicable. No refund or reduction requests will be accommodated from the room rent.
For weddings & other large functions, 80% of the approximate total billing is to be paid 30 days in advance in order to confirm the booking.
Conference equipment is provided as per actual costs, on prior notice.

All prices mentioned regarding rooms, meals, services and other facilities are exclusive of taxes. CGST and SGST rates as per the GST Act and GST Rules & Regulations will be levied on the corresponding services availed at the properties. Guests are not permitted to allow their visitors into their assigned guest rooms between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No such requests will be accommodated during these hours.
